Every subcontractor (roofers, plumbers, tile folks, painters, construction detail, electricians) were on time, very polite, and knowledgeable in their areas of work. They were very patient with us (the homeowners) and took the time to educate us. The contractor always communicated with us on what to expect each work day. Very professional. He was very respectful and calmed our anxieties. He was always accessible (phone, text, email, face to face). He always assessed each days work.

It went very well. matt came and did an initial walk thru and we discussed the changes I wanted to make. pj was the manager of the project and was very professional and easy to get hold of for questions and provided great recommendations. they were very easy to get hold of and responded quickly to phone calls, texts, and emails. plan to use them again for other renovations.
