I found Dave through a 'deal' on Angie's List and decided to give him a try based on the good reviews he got. He contacted me quickly and was very responsive. He did a great job on my dining room and I am looking forward to his estimate for re-doing my bathroom. I also plan to use him for other minor repairs around my condo and would recommend him in a heartbeat! Be sure to make an appointment because Dave and his crew are very busy. That speaks to his good work in that so many people want him for their home-improvement needs. Thanks, Dave!

The whole project turned out nicely and I am very pleased with the final results. A BIG improvement. A couple of days later I noticed that there was a small drip from the valve on the toilet, and a couple of the vinyl tiles were starting to buckle just slightly. I notified Dave and he was there the next day to remedy these problems. All is well now after more than a week. The reason for the "C" grade in responsiveness is because it did take a bit of time to get my price quote for this job. All in all, I would definitely recommend Dave since his work is good and his prices are fair, plus, he is a genuinely nice guy.
