Unfortunately for us, Eric booked up before we could secure our start window. Due to a few delays in our design schedule, we couldn't move fast enough. Eric offered later start dates but they didn't work for our tight move-in deadline. That said, he was punctual, detail oriented, reliable, and very knowledgeable about 1920s vintage home remodels -- including working within the guidelines a historical conservation district. I highly recommend working with Eric. After interviewing multiple GCs to find the right fit, Eric met all our criteria. While we were not able to use him this time, we will absolutely call him for future jobs.

Eric and his crew did a great job! The bathroom is gorgeous. Eric wasn't as on top of some finishes and details and they got a bit overlooked and finished incorrectly, BUT, he was immediately responsive and fixed any and every detail quickly. Even after almost a year, we learned of a little mistake/leak in the wall caused by the work and he got someone over right away. Eric is kind and professional. Also- very important- Eric was true to his quote, which is a nice change! His crew is trustworthy and very professional as well. I would recommend him to anyone.
