Patty with River Oak Cabinetry was very understanding that I didn't want to spend $50,000 on renovating a kitchen, and was completely willing to do a smaller job (hard to find in a kitchen contractor)! She coordinated the choice of the granite and tile, matching budgetary requirements with good design principles. During execution, the plumber found a cracked pipe that needed to be replaced. Patty immediately called, sent a picture of the issue, asked for permission to go ahead and fix the issue. Kudos for (a) finding the issue and (b) communicating first before moving forward! The quality of the work is fantastic; I'm so pleased. When it comes time to renovate the bathrooms, I'll go back to River Oak Cabinetry.

They came and designed my kitchen,and asked my specifications. We went to their beautiful showroom and selected the cabinetry color, hardware and we talked about granite and had a piece of the flooring we had chosen. They gave us all the time we needed and answered our many questions. One of the owners took us to select our granite. They were all extremely conscience of the needs and wants of their customers.
