Paragon was timely with their response to our call, This was an emergency and needed to be dealt with quickly and Paragon was prompt with their response, they had a crew come by within hours to remove the damaged items and the wet sheetrock and other things and probably stopped the moisture from continuing to travel and cause other problems. the space was dried out after a few days and we worked with Paragons kitchen designer Paul who was very pleasant and helped us create a better more functional and beautiful new kitchen and foyer, overall all Paragon was easy to work with and in the end the entire process was relatively stress free given the circumstances. We certainly will recommend tParagon to our family and friends.

We were very concerned and nervous because we had never done anything like this before. Paragon was very helpful in putting us at ease and their workers were very skilled and polite and took the trouble to clean up every night. The project took a few weeks more then we discussed but most of that was because of the weather we had this winter, we are glad it is over! We absolutely love the much needed space and would certainly use Paragon for any future work.
