S O D Builders Inc. is a full service construction company which provides a wide range of construction and remodeling solutions for residential, commercial and industrial projects. Estimates are free of charge. We always visit the site to learn your specific needs and review the existing conditions. We produce basic drawings as required for our use in preparing a bid. Our computerized estimates sheets are then completed based on the scope of the project and we provide a written proposal. The duration of a project depends on the scope of work and the lead times for various project materials to arrive. Often we schedule the start of project based on the arrival of major long lead time items. We provide detailed schedules on all major projects, and keep clients updated. We take pride in the quality of our work, and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. I had SOD builders come out twice to bid a large construction project at my house. After having several contractors give me varying degrees of what "needed to be done" I decided to hire an architect and engineer to be my agents so to speak. Once having approved plans I called SOD back to give me an estimate off of my approved plans. Liran showed up on time both times. He was courteous and respectful. It was clear he had the proper background to understand what was needed in the project and to recommend ideas that I had not thought of. He told me things he would not do if it was his house and things he would. In the end I decided to hire a company that I had worked with in the past. If I had not had the prior work relationship I would have hired SOD. I am sure they would have done wonderful job.

Michael was very professional, punctual, and pleasant to work with. He understood my situation and concerns and provided a reasonable estimate within a short time. The company had great follow-through and contacted me after the estimate was provided. I ended up going with another company who provided an estimate to repair the framing damage if it was found on opening up the ceiling. This is why I didn't rate price or quality, as the companies were bidding on different aspects of the job. I would certainly recommend and contact SOD in the future for other work.
